The splendid “Italy” watch is fascinating at first sight.
A high-quality, classic guilloché pattern for the dial was selected for the elegant, rectangular case in vintage look with a size of 38.5 x 38.5 mm. The rectangular, blued hands are a perfect match. The main role, however, is played by the skeleton map of Italy on the dial. The viewer immediately recognizes the boot-shaped outline and the islands of Sicily and Sardinia. The beautiful skeleton, caliber 2761, can be seen through these recesses.
The wheels, bridges and ruby stones of the hand-wound movement come into their own. The back of the clock has a glass bottom. You can also enjoy the fascinating skeleton work with blued screws from this side. Another special detail can be found at 12 o’clock: the hour application is designed in the colors of the Italian flag and underlines the overall picture. The seconds run at 6 o’clock in the form of a blued turnstile. The blue leather strap with light contrast stitching completes this harmonious picture.
