Baikal” is one of the most enchanting regions of Siberia. Its archaic beauty has always inspired and magically attracted people. The combination of the cold climate, ancient and untouched nature, rocks and the Baikal Lake creates a unique feeling that only those who have been there can understand.
The hand-wound chronograph of the same name tries to convey these emotions that are difficult to describe. The dial colors chosen – black, white and salmon – symbolize the prevailing colors of nature. The structure created by the guilloché further reinforces the theme. The Roman numerals remind us of durability and the pointed hands remind us of the harshness of Siberian nature.
The chronograph function allows measuring seconds and minutes, which can be turned on and off by two easy-to-use side-mounted pushers. By pressing the upper pusher, the measurement is started as well as stopped and reset by the lower pusher.
Through the mineral glass back, the caliber 2901SeaGull movement, finished with Geneva stripes and blued screws, is nicely visible.
The watch is rounded out by a matching brown leather strap.
Overall, this large-format chronograph exudes elegance and nobility and captivates with its special refinement.
